Shipping policy

DOMESTIC

We ship from Castaic, CA on Monday-Friday (Excluding Holidays). Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to ship. Orders received after 12pm PST will ship the following business day. 

Shipping rates are dependent upon weight and location from our shipping location.

We ship primarily with USPS. If your address doesn't receive deliveries from USPS please contact us hello@rangeessentials.com and we can try to accommodate your request to change couriers.

INTERNATIONAL

If you have a question on if we ship to your country or other inquiries regarding international shipments please reach out to hello@rangeessentials.com.

MISSING ITEMS?

In case we accidentally didn't ship one of your items you ordered please reach out to us within 48 hours from within your package was delivered. Please contact us at hello@rangeessentials.com and provide us a photo of the package. We will make sure you receive your order.

MISSING PACKAGE?

Once your package is transported and delivered by an independent carrier, that is not affiliated with or controlled by Range Essentials LLC, the risk of loss of the package is passed on to you. We advise you to check with neighbors, building management, concierge, mailroom, etc. to see if the package has been misplaced.
